A man called his dentist for an appointment. "I've got a tremendous cavity!" he said.

When the man got into the dentist's chair, the dentist peered into his mouth and said, "Oh, that doesn't seem to be much of a cavity. We can take care of that with a small filling."

"Really?" said the man. "When I stick my tongue into it, it feels like it's huge."

The dentist smiled. "It's natural for the tongue to exaggerate, don't you think?"
